Review, refresh, re-invent

The HRA Spring Management Conference 2023

Friday, 10 March and Saturday, 11 March 2023 in Birmingham

“... the chance to get away from the everyday business of the railway and meet others facing the same challenges as we are ...

With the 2023 season upon us, the HRA Spring Management Conference opens-up the issues facing heritage rail, asks the awkward questions and discusses how we refresh, re-invent and prosper!

With a variety of speakers still being confirmed, topics being planned include prospects for tourism in 2023, working with government, emerging from administration, maximising visitor spend, why we must sort out governance, the importance of collaborating, and much more.

Bookings of our ‘Early Bird' saving’ for two-day tickets are now available.
