The HRA Team of the Year Award
Criteria:
Awarded to a team or group within an HRA member organisation, for achievement or excellence in their field of work or activity. The group can include staff or volunteers who consistently work together, or who have come together to undertake and complete a specific project.
Judges want to hear about what makes the team special, the skills and talents that they have, and how they have come together to deliver results for your organisation. They’d also be really keen to understand the makeup of the team, whether they demonstrate equality, diversity and inclusion, and how they work together.
Don’t forget to mention what members of the team get out of their work and achievements. Are there any personal stories they’d like to share?
TOP TIP: It's normally easier to work on your draft submission in a text document then paste it into the submission form when you're ready.
The process:
Entering the HRA Annual Awards is easy.
Simply fill in and submit the easy to complete online nomination form below. You’ll need to include four high-quality images to support your submission. These should be in jpg format and be between 1mb and 5mb in size each.
Our judging team will be in touch later this year to let you know if you’ve been shortlisted.
TOP TIP: Remember the judges might not know your railway or project, explain exactly what you mean.
