The HRA Privilege pass year runs from March until the end of the following February. Please be aware that this is not a rolling 12-months. Passes bought later will still expire in February the following year.
HRA Privilege applications for 2025 are now closed.

Please be aware that delivery of HRA Privilege passes is carried out using second class recorded delivery post. A minimum of 14 days should be allowed for processing and delivery of your pass. We cannot provide a guaranteed delivery date for passes.
For 2025, all passes are being dispatched via recorded delivery for the first time.
