Privilege Terms and Conditions
Each HRA Privilege pass is only valid when signed by the holder, it is non-transferable. Additional ID may be required.
Any misuse of a HRA Privilege pass may result in withdrawal.
Each pass, when presented at a booking office of a participating HRA Privilege railway or tramway, entitles the holder and one other person to free or discounted travel ticket(s), subject to the relevant bylaws and regulations of those companies.
The HRA Privilege pass should be presented at the booking office prior to travel. You are advised to contact railways or tramways before your visit to check on availability. It will not be valid on dining trains, Santa specials and some other special events. Other railway or tramway specific restrictions may also apply.
Purchases of HRA Privilege passes made by any persons not eligible for this scheme will incur an admin fee, deducted from any refunds.
Please note that regardless of the date of purchase, all cards will expire at the end of February (So a card purchased in August will only be valid for 6 months). The price remains the same no matter how late in the year cards are purchased.
