Three years ago the ORR rolled-out their Risk Management Maturity Model to the heritage rail sector and two years ago they introduced Topic Set 1 for Heritage Railways.
But who’s using it? And how are you getting on?
The ORR are keen for heritage railways to use RM3 to help continuously improve health and safety management capability, so the ORR and the HRA have been running six RM3 Heritage Workshops at various locations around the country.
