Zoe Titchener

Zoë worked in the non-profit sector for almost a decade, where she supported a wide network of staff and volunteers by delivering training events and ensuring members were connected with relevant information and resources. Reviewing and responding to sector developments and policy change gave her experience of translating complex proposals into accessible summaries, and frontline views into formal outputs.

 

As Documents and Technical Writer, she is working with the HRA's committees to produce a range of documents for members, including guidance notes, information papers and ‘how-to’ guides, facilitating the sharing of knowledge and best practice and supporting the HRA’s core aim to help members to be more productive and more successful in their world.
